special weekend suggestion: allow a full party of heroes
For the most part, PvE is easy enough with 3 Heroes and 4 Henchmen, but I think it'd be a fun weekend (not forever, just a weekend) if we could just see what it'd be like controlling 7 heroes. Especially now, since we have 3 of almost every class.

You're probably gonna get /notsigned to hell, so I'm gonna jump in and sign. I mean, why not? I rarely (if ever) PUG anyway, and even IF I'm playing with real people they're probably guildies, so it hardly makes any difference to me.
Just for a weekend, though. I think the 3-hero limit's fine.

Why would it get notsigned? There are a lot of people who would like to see this permanently (I think PvE is easy enough as it is, but for some specific areas, a full hero party would be nice). It was make those people happy, and for those who don't like it, can still feel free to use heroes and 4 henchmen.

Why not try, A.Net? If it won't work, you just won't put it after weekend ends. But a lot of people would like to TRY it!

Although, they'll never do it. They rarely seem to look at this suggestions board anyway.

ABSOLUTELY /notsigned.
You are PvE players. You do not understand the havoc this will cause in PvP. Perhaps if they promise to limit it to PvE, but otherwise absolutely no way.

fine. /signed to limit to PvE then. I've never played PvP after the first month I owned GW, so I'll admit I have no idea what it would do to it.

You are missing the point. Part of the reason ArenaNet won't implement it is that Gaile claims it would take a significant amount of programming, whereas most weekends just change two variables in a database.

The designers have said it isn't ever going to happen, and through Gaile, have expressed the desire that the issue drop and not be brought up again.
I know that ArenaNet doesn't seem to pay much attention to this section of the site, but in respect of the wishes of the development team, I am closing this thread. I am sorry, but they have given their final answer.
